It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Kasey Ruppert to Foreclosure Supervisor. Kasey has been with DGR for over 10 years. In that time she has amassed a tremendous amount of foreclosure knowledge, grown into an exceptional leader and become an invaluable member of the team.
This next step is well-deserved and we can’t wait to see what she brings to her new role.
Kasey started at DGR in 2008, working part-time after school in DGR’s previous office location in Caldwell. Over time Kasey assumed more responsibilities, building her process service knowledge and gradually taking on property inspections, vacant and abandoned inspections and publications. As the foreclosure boom hit and the number of foreclosure services skyrocketed, so too did Kasey’s knowledge.
“For me, DGR is like family. When I got married everyone here even threw me a shower. Some of the people here are now my closest friends after all these years and it’s really a different type of workplace than most”, says Kasey.
For Kasey, her most proud accomplishment during her time at DGR is the office’s consistent perfect scores on compliance audits. Handling foreclosure services comes with numerous requirements in order to ensure services are being handled properly. From timelines to data privacy to proper handling and storage, there are a lot of pieces that go into passing an audit.
One of her favorite memories is an April Fool’s practical joke, which she looks back on and just laughs. In her earlier years, with the whole office in on it, she was “fired”. But being Kasey, she demanded to know why, which led to the prank quickly falling apart. Another favorite of Kasey’s are all of the annual holiday parties, where she gets to see everyone she talks to and works with from around the state.
We’re so glad to have Kasey on our team and are looking forward to another 10 years and beyond working with her!
