In this edition of the DGReport&Serve, we talk about what it takes to serve someone internationally and what you can expect during the process.
Hello and welcome to this edition of The Central Authority! Today we’ll be talking about how to serve someone internationally.
It’s not as simple as you may think. It’s not as easy as looking up a process server online. There’s several parameters that must be followed depending on the country of service and the nature of the case. There are also several methods of serving internationally. However, the main three are service through the Hague Service Convention treaty, Letters Rogatory and of course, service by an agent.
