NOTE ON OPERATIONS
At DGR Legal, our top priority is safety. We’ve updated our practices and procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines and are operating at full capacity while implementing remote work and social distancing.
Our process servers have been trained in procedures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and are being provided with protective equipment. We continue to be responsive to our clients and their needs and are actively seeking to mitigate the impact on process service timelines while taking every action to protect the health of our communities.

PROCESS SERVICE & BUSINESSES
With the new mandate put into place today by Governor Murphy, we are aware that this may have a significant impact on the ability to effectuate service at business locations.
While DGR Legal will still be operating as usual, we have seen that many businesses are already closed and some of those that may be opened, are not allowing anyone inside their offices or facilities.
Our process servers will continue to be diligent in their efforts to complete service, but please know our team is always here to go above and beyond as usual. Our due diligence department is here to locate alternate addresses for service, including residential addresses for officers or registered agents of companies in order to keep your cases moving forward.
We will continue to keep you updated as the courts and local government agencies address this unique health challenge. If you have any concerns or questions, we’re here to talk at any time.

A NOTE ON DGR LEGAL OPERATIONS
Here at DGR Legal, we’re keeping the well-being of those in our community, and our clients and colleagues in our minds as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak.
At the present time, DGR Legal is fully operational and running as usual.
In the event the outbreak should lead to an office closure, we have business continuity plans in place to allow us to continue to provide uninterrupted service. Working remotely, our team and process servers will continue to be responsive to your needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that may be enacted.
